    I just bought a Microsoft Surface 7th generation for my son. I installed windows hello using my email address and his face for facial recognition. I want to remove my email and have his instead. So basically I want to not be on his laptop. I couldn’t set up facial recognition using his email and I kept getting the message “sorry you have already installed using another account” or similar along those lines. I am so frustrated as I am not tech savvy. There’s nothing on the laptop it’s brand new. All I installed was a trend micro antivirus. How do I deal with this?
