Windows 10: Facebook account hacked, need help.

No matter what I do or try, cannot get to my facebook page anymore, i think a hacker took my password and email as it will not take them anymore and now cannot even see Facebook. It will not let me reset my password either. I need to get on my FB account, please advise. A hacker put ads on marketplace in my name and the people responding to them to my messenger mail. I answered this is not my item and I did not post them. Then, I could no longer get on Facebook, Marketplace nor get or send mail in messenger either. I do not have a cell phone, just a home phone and old computer. I have import
