Windows 10: Face ID not working, no option to reset pin

Hello, My Face ID stopped working and it would not accept my pin. It doesn’t even give me the option to set a new pin - it just tells me to restart every time. I can’t get into my Account Settings to create a new pin because I can’t even get passed the login page.Thank you,Katie

I tried the method you suggested but the issue still remained. I had to set up a new pin and face ID.

 

Can't login with face ID and pin isn't working

I can't login with face ID and my pin and password isn't working. I don't know how else to login or to even perform a hard reset. Please help!

Pin and face ID reset

I have a bootable external SSD with Ubuntu 22.04. Whenever I log in to Windows after booting and shutting down my laptop from the SSD with Ubuntu, my Windows Hello pin and face ID are forgotten and my time is always changed. I'm not understanding what the issue exactly is. Can anyone help me resolve this?
