Windows 10: EZcap cassette audio record is not recognized by my PC, Windows 10

I have several Ezcap audio cassette digitizers. I don't know the model number on any of them. One came with a cd labeled ver 47 IA, which is probably Audacity. Another has Super USB Cassette Capture written on it. AI says they are probably models 116, 118 or 230. I installed the drivers for 116 and there are no drivers available at Ezcap for 118 or 230. My computer does not see the device, which is connected using a USB cable. How can I get the computer to see the device?

How can I install ezcap USB Cassette Capture without a disc drive?

I just bought ezcap USB Cassette Capture without realizing that the installation software is on a disc. My MSI has no disc drive.

I've searched for a workaround and found nothing relevant.

I've installed Audacity, but I have no idea how to:

1. get my MSI to recognize the ezcap device, or

2. how to get Audacity to work with ezcap.

I have read other questions and answers here (and elsewhere) but none says what to do without a disc drive.

There must be a way. Can anyone help?

ezcap website as well, you can select the model number of the device and download the drivers accordingly. However, for more information on availability of the drivers you can get in touch with

We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

• Type troubleshooting on the search box.
• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
