Windows 10: External monitors do not wake after unlocking laptop - USB-C dock

Hi,I am currently running a personal laptop with windows 11 Lenovo IdeaPad 5 through a HP USB-C docking station. Connected to the docking station are two external BenQ GL2250 monitors via display port, and a Logitech MK320 keyboard/mouse. The laptop lid is closed generally with the two monitors working as an extended desktopI have an issue when the laptop is locked; roughly 90 seconds after locking, the monitors turn off. When I unlock the laptop, the monitors do not wake but the mouse and keyboard still function I've verified this by lifting the laptop lid and navigating round the desktop

Update KB4023057 is not Compatible with Windows 10.0 18363.476 (1909) and USB-C Dock using an External Monitor

After updating to Windows 10.0 18363.476 Version 1909 I noticed that an External Display Monitor connected via a DELL D6000 USB-C Dock did not wake up after power shutdown and a fresh restart as intended. I noted an update KB4023057 which was listed as installed
in Windows settings -> apps and features. It was for an older Windows 10.0 Version 1803. So, I decided to uninstall it. After it was uninstalled, the External Display Monitor now wakes up after restart from a powered down condition or sleep function. I suspect,
since the update was installed with apps and features, instead of with Updates and Security it was overlooked for removal by the latest Feature Update to Windows 10.0 Version 1909.
