Windows 10: Explorer.exe wont work properly

recently i was gaming and then my screen froze and everything did, i rebooted my laptop and it started updating, after update it booted alright and it worked fine, but on next launch explorer just refused to run and i had a black screen, as it happened to me before i tried to delete the update, i ran wmic qfe list brief /format:table to see what was installed and it outputtedS C:\Windows\System32> wmic qfe list brief /format:table Description FixComments HotFixID InstallDate InstalledBy InstalledOn Name ServicePackInEffect Status Update KB504593

bioshock wont work

It's a really sad day when the only sensible suggestion left to get a game working is to use a cracked exe, but some games companies bring it on themselves.

We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

If your Internet Explorer not working properly, we suggest that you delete the history, temporary files, cache and cookies by going to
Internet Explorer > (...) More > Settings
> Delete history. Then, check if the issue persists.
