Windows 10: explorer.exe - aviso do sistema Unknown Hard Error

Após ligar o computador ele aparece esse erro e não consigo mais acessar as configurações do computador, me ajudem por favorrrr

At the top of that error dialog there should be a process or dll listed in the dialog header - what is listed there?

 

Explorer exe application error

Thank you for your help, but im sorry the problem still there, after i did the 2nd step, the scan shows if there are corrupted files, but it can't fix it and only logged the result, and the memory diagnostics says there are no error.

Also, there is a notification says

"explorer.exe - system warning

Unknown hard error"
