  1. Every time I boot up my PC I cannot see anything but the cursor

I have been trying to use my computer for a few months, and have routinely given up on trying to get it to work. I have been running it and facing a black screen with nothing but a cursor visible. I've booted it in safe mode, which works, but nothing worked when I tried to apply the fixes I've read in other posts. I recently uninstalled my graphics driver and subsequently tried to reboot my PC in normal operating conditions, only to be met with a login screen that says "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again.", when I click set up my pin, a popup appear

    :)

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?

  3. Cursor not working after installing Windows 10

    Hi Linda,

Your concern needs further investigation so that we can identify the cause of the issue. Please provide the following information:

    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • Does the cursor disappears from a specific point when using your device, or it's completely not working?
We also suggest that you perform a clean boot to disable non-Microsoft services and check if the issue persists. For steps on how to perform a clean boot, click here.
After troubleshooting, refer to How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting found in the same article. We also suggest to start the PC in safe
mode and update us if there will be any changes. For steps on how to start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10, click here.

    Looking forward to your response.

query about speed of boot time

    Hello,

Please be informed that, if there are many startup items on the desktop, it will take time to boot up to the desktop screen. It is the ideal time to boot up.

Also, suggest you to run the system maintenance troubleshooter.

Its a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with system.

    Refer these steps:

    1. Press Windows key +X, select
    Control panel.

2 . Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

    3. Click on troubleshooting and click on the
view all option on the left panel.

    4. Run the System Maintenance troubleshooter.

Do let us know the status of your concern. We will be glad to assist you further.

    Thank you.
