Ever since "upgrading" to Windows 11, we have had unending problems with our purchased Office 2019 product. It seems as if the product now is available to my wife, but not to me. We purchased this computer in 2019 and purchased the Office 2019 product at the same time from Staples. It all worked fine until this Fall when I decided to install Windows 11. What a mistake! I have been on with Microsoft Help twice over this problem. My last attempt was with using the SaRA tool, which I used to totally remove Office from the computer. I then went to the Subscriptions and Services tab at Micro

Thank you for trying out the steps to resolve the issue.

I suggest you to try DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) and check if it helps.

Run the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool which fixes the Windows corruption error if there are any. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows + X.
  
• 
  Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type the command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and hit Enter.

• Do you find any error message when you open Microsoft word or other programs?
• Have you installed all the updates on your computer?
• Do you face issue with other programs also?

We suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps:

Method 1:

To install all theWindows Updates, follow the steps below.

Step 1: At the Start screen, type
Windows Update.

Step 2: Select Check for Update.

Step 3: Download andInstall the latest Windows Updates.



Method 2:

Put your computer in clean boot and check for the issue.

Note: Once you are done with clean boot, please follow step 7 in the article to put your computer back to normal startup.

Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?
