Windows 10: Event viewer does not show event with ID 4689 on windows client

Hello,I would like to see the event with ID 4689 in the event viewer. This event normally indicates that a process has exited. When I want to test this by stopping and starting the print spooler event for example, I can see this in the event viewer of my windows server. However, when I repeated this experiment on my windows client, this event is not visible in my event viewer on the windows client with windows 10. How can I see the event with ID 4689 on the event viewer of my windows client?Thank you in advance.

In short, you cannot.

You cannot stop that event from showing in the event viewer.

This ID states the shut-off time of the device.

This event ID is an essential action that the device takes.

It will be present in the event viewer by default and that cannot be changed.

I also worked with Event 6008, Although this event ID is used for dirty shutdowns / improper shutdowns I was able to stop the event from showing up on event viewer by disabling it at the Group Policy.

I was just wondering why it would stop showing up for event ID 6008 and not for Event 1074.

Good day, I have been working on something like disabling the 1074. I have already disabled it in the Group policy and even in the registries but the event still shows up in the event viewer. Although the pop up questionnaire is gone.

How do I disable the event id 1074 so that it doesn't show up in the event viewer or is that even possible?
