Windows 10: Event ID: 86 CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll and distributedCOM error

So I got this issue with mainly games like elden ring, sometimes at random my pc will semi shut down, by semi I mean anything wired will turn off, being my keyboard, displays, and my headset. But anything wireless like my mouse or controller stay on, and my PC itself stays on aswell. When I checked event viewer, I usually can see CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll event 86, and distributedCOM 10016, along with distributedCOM 10010, along with issues like Perflib 1023 and Perflib 1008. I've tried what people have said such as disabling TPM/FTPM, drivers are updated, etc. It doesn't let

Usually when I shut down a heavy program like MW 2022, or when I'm just surfing the web, my pc will either freeze and stay frozen, blue screen and reboot and/or just restart out of the blue.

Hi,

Our application faced an issue on 17th December where it missed to display a partial set of data.

We analyzed the event logs around that time and we could find an error with Event ID 86 with source 'CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll'.

Event error code is mentioned as 0x80072ee7 (WinHttp: 12007 ERROR_WINHTTP_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED).

We wanted to know if this error can impact other applications, like the IP address becomes unavailable for certain amount of time.
My application activities rely on the IP address to display the data.
