Windows 10: Event 20 WindowsUpdateClient - But no failure showing in history Windows Update

I don't understand that I repeatedly are seeing this error in Event Viewer, Yet - nothing is showing when I check Windows Update App and history?

Error Event 20 WindowsUpdateClient problem - caused "Faulty Hardware Corrupted Page" and pc restart

Please and thanks - correct problems - existing from 12-8-2015 to 12-16-2015.

Running Windows 10, and everything is updated.

Today on 12-16-2015, about 1134 am or so,

microsoft update shut my pc down with “Faulty hardware corrupted page” due to below problem updates.

Running an HP Pavilion desktop that was upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on 11-15-2015.
Using system ok and all updates are in for everything. No other problems and no virus, etc. Today my Microsoft Windows 10 Home is: OS Version 10.0.10586 (OS Build 10586.36) Version 1511, System type: x64-based PC.

Each time I sign onto my computer, various Microsoft Apps are automatically downloaded but will not install and basically all have the same problems. For example: Microsoft Photo, phone, maps, people, calculator, movies & tv, solitaire, alarms &
clocks, camera, messaging & skype, store, etc.

Each will have Event 20, WindowsUpdateClient - installation failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070003: Microsoft Photos, Keywords: Failure, Installation.

Please do not suggest that I create another user account, update my computer, or that I might have a virus.

I am the Administrator of this computer.

I want to fix the problem and not just work around the problem.

1. Installed about 12-5-2015 - After install doing a left click on the bottom left corner start window icon did not work, but a right click would work.

2. Uninstalled about 12-6-2015 - did not want to experience any other problem so I uninstalled.

3. It reinstalled itself about 12-7-2015.

Windows 10 View Update History

Windows 10 has changed since that original post.

1.1 Update history is now at Settings, Update & security, Windows update, Update history.

1.2 You can create a shortcut to it with this as its target

ms-settings:windowsupdate-history

1.3 But it is not that useful. This only lists updates that Windows knows it can uninstall so it frequently removes entries from the list. Mine, for example, is empty because I installed the last Cumulative update a week or two ago.

2.1 There is a "complete" list in Control panel, Programs & features, View installed updates. It does not list updates to Windows defender malware definitions.

2.2 You can create a shortcut to it with this as its target

C:\Windows\explorer.exe shell:::{d450a8a1-9568-45c7-9c0e-b4f9fb4537bd}

3 You can also find Windows updates [including Windows defender malware definitions] listed in the Event viewer but that is only useful info if you are already familiar with that utility. If you are then see System log, Source - WindowsUpdateClient, Event
ID - 19.
