Windows 10: Event 10016 DCOM error

Need help, I've been getting crashes while gaming and then I would need to hard restart my pc. I've been checking Event Viewer for potential causes and one error crop up consistently: The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {F87B28F1-DA9A-4F35-8EC0-800EFCF26B83} and APPID {0868DC9B-D9A2-4F64-9362-133CEA201299} to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID S-1-5-20 from address LocalHost Using LRPC running in the application container Unavailable SID Unavailable. Hello one of your suggestions seems to have worked for a bit then i got a bluescreen think it was watchdog clock timeout the BSOD was labled as a dcom error 10016

then the problems started again

Well, I am bumfuzzled! I went in to my Event Viewer to take a look before applying the process referenced by Qwinn to fix the 10016 Dcom errors. There were no new ones, so I rebooted several times and still no 10016 Dcom errors! I don't know why, but I'm glad they are gone. Thanks to Qwinn and I will save your reference for future use, if needed.
