Windows 10: Ethernet will not work and says “Unidentified Network”

Had an issue come up on my PC where the ethernet does not work. Instead of having my network name, it says “Unidentified Network”. Running the troubleshooter presents the phrase, “‘Ethernet’ doesn’t have a valid IP configuration.”I have tried everything i’ve seen online such as restarting my router and also updating/reinstalling my ethernet drivers. My brother is also connected to the same ethernet and has the same issue.We have fully reset our wifi through our ISP, to no resolve.
