Windows 10: Ethernet connection stuck at 10 Mbps, Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller driver

As the title says, ever since a few days ago my displayed max ethernet connection speed has been stuck at 10/10 Mbps. No fix I've looked up has helped so far, and it is not an issue with my switch, cables, router or the ISP. So far I've tried:Reinstalling driversUsing different driver versionsReplugging different cablesChanging driver properties such as ipv4 and ipv6, speed & duplex, WOL shutdown and link speed, DNS servers, Various command prompt commands, for example the ones found in this forum post:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-11-is-limiting-my-internet

Ethernet Link Speed at 10 Mbps

• The light coming from the Ethernet port is blinking yellow
  
• On my mother board box it says its a '10/100/1000 Mbps Gaming LAN'
  
• The driver I am using is Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller (Driver version: 10.54.1111.2021). This is what automatically installed when I uninstalled the driver and restarted
  

 

Ethernet Link Speed at 10 Mbps

Hello, I have been having some slow ethernet. I went through the settings and in the properties for mt connection it says the link speed (transmit/receive) is at 10/10 Mbps. When I try wifi its capped at 520 Mbps but its very unstable most of the time, so I want to use ethernet. Here is some information about my situation:

• Using a Cat.6 Cable
  
• Tried reinstalling ethernet drivers
  
• I tried resetting the network through the settings
  
• I tried all of the steps on this page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ocid=OO_Core_NEU_GetHelp_DG_GetHelp_Solutions
  

I would really appreciate additional ideas on how to fix this problem.
