Windows 10: Error when entering Windows Key: 0x80041023

I get this error when entering the windows 11 key; 0x80041023Key is entered correctlyI can't find anything online and windows support is telling me to write a question here.System has internet and is otherwise fully functioning.

Windows10 activation key error / 0x80041023

In my case, I activate the new installation W10 ... error 0x80041023,

In case bad key entered ... the key does not work.

Solve the problem when the numbers in key enter NO from the numeric keypad block, but from upper line keyboard (czech diakritic character with Shift).

Windows has shown as not being activated due to error 0x803F7001 which says that the previous version of Windows was not activated prior to upgrading to Windows 10, however I bought the desktop with Windows 10 Pro installed. I contacted the seller, and
they gave me a new product key, however when trying to use this, I get the error 0x80041023 'The product key that you entered didn't work'. I have had tried looking through similar posts, which largely involved running slmgr commands, but none of the solved
my issue.
