Windows 10: Error to start surface

I did to reset the surface from setting and after couple of minutes after 70% done and came up with the following error:


Your PC needs to restart

Please hold down the power button

Error Code 0X0000005c

Parameters:

0x00000110

0x05250631

0x00000014

0xC0000001



Above error but I followed the same hold the power button and restart. But still same error.

I tried to go boot manager

It was asking using arrow keys to highlight your choice then press enter


But when I trying to select the arrow keys but nothing can select

:)

 

Boot Surface Laptop to USB - no Volume button

This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.

Surface Pro 4 - Surface Management Engine to start (Code 10)

Note: If you chose not to back up system files when you create your recovery drive on Windows 10, you won’t be able to use it to reinstall Windows.
