  3. Kernel-Power event id 41. BugcheckCode 0

    Hello,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

In-order to get more clarity on this issue and to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, reply with answers to the below questions:

    1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
    2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
    3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
    Power Event ID 41
and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows

    and check if that helps.

Facing Live kernel event and blue screen stating kernel problem

    Hi!

I just brought Acer Aspire 7 laptop 1.5 weeks ago.

    Specs:

    • i5 1240p
    • RTX 3050
    • 8/512
    • Windows 11
    1. Started facing live kernel event on 'Life is strange true colours', previously working smoothly. This occurred whenever I started the app. I didn't know what to do so I uninstalled it.
    2. Then again yesterday, Genshin Impact which previously worked fine started giving a blue screen with a kernel error mentioned below whenever I tried to start the game. Verified the files and it started working again.
    3. I switched off the fast startup. It now boots within 35 secs ( I have NVME Micron 2450). Also, each and everything is updated. Try to keep my device tip-top.
    4. Another point. I don't remember it clearly. I may have turned on Core Isolation(Kernel mode hardware-enforced stack protection) but after the blue screen error, it turned off.
    5. Updates and installation from the Microsoft store and Xbox seem very inconsistent. Sometimes it downloads sometimes it's just stuck. Other times installation just doesn't happen I have to press install again. Tried updating Xbox once it froze my whole screen. The same happened with the GeForce Experience app. Checked the reliability history and it showed live kernel event.
    6. Live kernel event occurred another time. But I couldn't pinpoint the reason this time.
Is there a solution to these problems?

I love this thing, waiting long to buy this and with hard-earned money. Any errors or problems this early feel like an arrow through my heart. Help!
