Windows 10: Error FileCoAuth.exe

I am using Windows 10 Home on an Acer laptop. I just did a reset and I am having trouble with an error message from FileCoAuth.exe. I read that it might be OneDrive and so I uninstalled it. This hasn't helped.

I am also getting an error message when I try to install pCloud and Python - "Error 0x80090019 - The keyset is not defined".
I took it to a so-called specialist who said it was the software's fault and that there was nothing wrong with my machine.
But it was o.k. before the reset. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Can't run .exe file

Windows Won't Update? (Error 0x80d0602)

When I get to the step that says del %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat, nothing happens.

When I get to step 5 and type in

• regsvr32.exe mshtml.dllN

It gives me this:

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on

  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.
