Windows 10: error code 0xc0000359

I have read all I can find on this and come to the conclusion I need to do a fresh install. Problem occurred after switching to outlook from windows mail, subsequent updates have cause windows 10 not to boot. I have created media creation tool and it gets to error code above.Having trouble backing up hard drive without spare PC. Can I back up to apple using external hard drive.

I am also facing the came problem while upgrading the windows 7 to windows 10 pro.

I tried installing 3 times but every time i am getting the same error

The operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.

File:\windows\system32\drivers\TVALZ.O.sys

Status: 0xc0000359

I tried repairing from installation media (USB), but repair was also not successful . Any other suggestions ?

 

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

I tried upgrading from window 7 (Home edition) to window 10 twice and in both cases I encounter the following problem:

The operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.

File:\windows\system32\drivers\acs6nts.sys

Status: 0xc0000359
