Windows 10: Error code: 0xc0000221 File: Windows\System32\drivers\ItSas35i.sys

I was using My PC normally until I upgraded My GPU. Since then, it was mostly fine, but now it's suddenly no longer working. This problem causes my PC to shut down when installing things, making it difficult to fix. It also seems to have messed up some other parts of my PC. When I try to login to my Microsoft account on the recovery options, my up-to-date password isn't working.Thanks in advance for any help!

computer is a dell inspiron 660 I have contacted dell with the error I have and they had believe it is a windows error as the trouble shooting steps for dell passed successfully.

windows photos wouldnt open and trouble shooting suggested I repair windows which I tried and then got the following error

The operating system couldn't be loaded because the kernel is missing or contains errors.

File:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

Error code: 0xc0000221

(Blue screen)

Press enter to try again

Press F8 for start up settings

Press F9 to use a different operating system

Have tried all the recovery options in windows and keep getting the above error. Is there anything else I can try?

Hi guys, first time posting as today as at 7:00~ i got the error code Error Code: 0xc0000221. I personally am not experienced with computers so i have decided to post this thread in the hope someone will help me. The system says:
File:\\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
error code: 0xc0000221

I upgraded to windows 10 through windows 7 home premium 64bit through a key so i don't own a windows 10 boot drive. I do not have an erd either.
If you need more information please tell me i'm willing to oblige to anything.

I have windows 10, and when i booted up my computer, it came up with the following:

Any advice?
