Windows 10: Error code 0xc000000f on windows 10

As the question says I keep getting error code 0xc000000f but I can't access windows re. I've tried everything to go into windows re expect for the booting in through USB drive cause I don't have another windows PC Before my desktop tries to boot into windows it gives me the "to skip disk check, press any key in 8 seconds" prompt. With the windows logo on top Even if I skip or not, my desktop crashes and gives me stop code: BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO Is there anyway to get rid of this and fix my desktop without the use of another device running windows?

Solve the error Code: 0xc000000f

Upon re set the PC and re install the windows 10 it has appears on the screen as failure of installation as the error Code: 0xc000000f.

Pl. give suggestions to help for re install the OS
