Windows 10: Error code 0x80860010 microsoft store

I read the forum, in 2015 people had the same problem, how to solve it, nothing helps to mePlease give me a solution, I have tried all the standard methods that were offered to people like: reset the store, windows app troubleshooter, create new account, update windows etc

Windows store error 0x80860010

I have recently reinstalled windows 10 cause windows store wasn't working and now it works but I can't install anything. The install of any app stops after the acquiring licence phase with this error code 0x80860010.

The apps store used to run into error 0x800704CF. so i tried the solutions posted in the forum but nothing worked. it still showed the same error but after 2 days break when i tried installing/updating apps again now it shows the following error:

try that again. something went wrong. the error code is 0x80860010 in case you need it.

I searched for the same error code help but the only post was about mail app which i suppose is part of Windows Essentials.

I don't know if app store too is a part of the same. And frankly, since the one who asked the question was not satisfied with solution provided so i did too did not try the solution.

So if anybody could help me, I will most appreciate it.

I had tried all except re registering MSoft Store , but that unfortunately did not work .

Very intermittently use SurfEasy VPN, but last time used pre dated this build & problem by some time.

Have built pc systems /rebuilt windows op system literally100's times over 25 years for myself and others, and troubleshooted most known problems but this looks like a reinstall.
Not listed in Microsoft web notice as ongoing issue involving current build.

Only had Store problem once before since it was introduced years ago, and that was easily resolved !
