Windows 10: ERROR CODE : 0x80248014 and 0x801901f4 for windows 11 64x

hey guys I'm having a bad time because of these 2 issues the first one is Code: 0x80248014 for Microsoft store, I can't download anything because of it . the second one is code 0x801901f4 upon windows update page i cant update because of it . I did try some fixes from the internet and used some commands like wsreset.exe and the sfc scan but still nothing happens .

Internal server error (500).
