Windows 10: error code 0x80070643

While donloading updates to Windows 10 64 bit, the Security update downloads but then fails at 'Installing 0%' with code 0x80070643 I have retried 3 times but with the same result. This is the first time I have encountered an error while updating Windows 10 64-bit. DISM 'scan health' reports no previous file corruption. Any ideas please?

Hey

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
