Windows 10: Error code 0x80070490 when trying to enable/install .Net Framework 3.5 in Windows 11, but...

Hi, i tried everything, and the cmd with this command:dism /online /Add-Package /PackagePath:G:\Sources\SxS\microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~.cab But nothing, it says this error code: 0x800f0922.I don't know how to fix it, already tried to do this method: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_11-wintop_update/error-code-0x80070490-when-trying-to-enableinstall/e0085bc7-f096-4518-895a-28c03daad228?messageId=e488eb9e-a947-41c7-9983-a7280c3606a3&page=2But nothing.

I was trying to enable .net framework 3.5 and it bombs with the above error

First, run the following command to remove .NET Framework 3.5 completely.

Restart Windows.

Then run the following command to reinstall it:
