Windows 10: Error Code 0x8007000d Windows 11 update to 23H2 or 24H2

Windows update always fails with 0x8007000d when trying to update to 23H2.I also tried repair version, same error.I also tried Windows 11 install assistant with downloading 24H2. I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?

Hi

I am trying updating my windows 11 from Edition

Windows 11 Pro

Version 23H2

Installed on ‎19-‎06-‎2024

OS build 22631.3807

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1020.0

to 24H2.

After download and install 100%, while system restart, it is asking for choosing the language. Upon choosing any language, it goes to troubleshoot screen for repair or reset.

I am getting error code of 0xc19001e1.

What to do ?
