Windows 10: Error code 0x80070005 while installing apps

I got this issue a few months before. I was trying to install an app from the Microsoft Store but it gave me this error 0x80070005. I didn't really care about it much at the time because I often don't install apps from the store. But recently I bought a game and it was not installing, it was giving the same error code. I was installing it through the Xbox app. I tried everything using the sfc command, resetting it, reinstalling it, restarting my computer, settings the UAC to default and other solutions but it was not working. Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
