    I was trying to connect to my laptop without a password and when i was searching online for solutions there was one about changing group policy. so i did but it didnt work. now i cant connect even if i have a password. this is all on different network btw. it works completely fine if i connect from the same network. im also using rdp client on android.

    Remote Desktop - error code 0x104 on Android

    this is the 4th time I am contacting. the calls kept disconnecting which is unacceptable. I also waited on hold for 15 mins and the line did not connect to an agent. instead I got cut off again!

    anyway since I can't get through over the phone, I may as well tell you my issue her and see what happens.

    I am trying to connect my Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus to my Surface Pro using the RD Client app which I was recommended to download and use.

    when trying to connect the pop-up: "Certificate can't be verified. Do you want to connect anyway?" _ it also states: Not from a trusted certifying authority. Then, when I connect it comes up with an error code 0x104.

    I have checked Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Defender Firewall\Allowed applications and the Remote Desktop is ticked on Private & Public.

    I have also tried adding the certificate to the Trusted Root Certification and this has not worked. I am at a loss to what needs to be done.

    Remote desktop error 0x104

    I have successfully connected my Android tablet to my desktop PC running Windows 10 using the remote desktop app. However it only seems to work when the tablet is physically next to the desktop, using the office Wi-Fi. When I take the tablet home and try
    to access the office PC remotely I get a dialogue box saying that it cannot be found and error 0x104.

    Any advice?

    Windows 10 Pro Remote Desktop connection

    Remote desktop in windows 10 pro not connecting to android phone. Always it shows the error code 0x104 in the phone. I am trying this after installing Microsoft remote assistance.
