Windows 10: Error attempting to install .NET 6.0 Desktop Runtime v6.0.20

During the installation process I get the attached error:Retry does nothing, Cancelling the Error causes it to reappear several times during the installation which eventually will fail:I have already run this as Administrator and checked the Security on the Directory referred to by the Error. I have turned off all Security/Protection Software, basically the usual things when file permissions are an issue and nothing has worked or made any difference whatsoever. Any other suggestions would be appreciated! Here is the full Log after it fails: [3660:3690][2023-07-28T18:15:58]i001: Burn v3.14.0.57

it's not package manager problem, it's not browser problem, it's more look like source download are missing.

 

Error :api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing

HELLO, I'm trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and I'm getting this Error :api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing.

I tried windows update and also tried Creative Cloud Cleaner tool but the problem is not solved, I'm not really technologically advanced. I also got step by step guidance from Adobe Support Agent through the installation process by we couldn't clear the
error until he advised me to contact Microsoft for help.

Can anyone please help.

it's look microsoft link = broken, that's why i cannot download from dotnet site
