Windows 10: Error about account in parameters : 0x80860010

Hello,I'm in windows 11 and windows keeps telling me "Connect you with your microsft account in order to keep using applications on your devices". I don't why. When I connect, a pop-up opens and tells me "This application made too much request. Click on new attemps to continue." with an error code : 0x80860010. When i try the new attempt the error code pops-up again. Windows store error 0x80860010

I have recently reinstalled windows 10 cause windows store wasn't working and now it works but I can't install anything. The install of any app stops after the acquiring licence phase with this error code 0x80860010.
