Windows 10: Error AADSTS90072 & AADSTS50020

Hi, I'm here because I need help with 2 different errors that appear while logging into 2 different site...I will try to explain in the easier way in 2 different parts to let you understand and hopefully help me to fix.I've already tried different solution and I've read different question about these 2 errors but I still can't handle them.Starting from error AADSTS90072 it appears for me while try to access https://noidiposte.poste.it/ , a site of the group Poste Italiane.To log into this site I have to use the same email and psw my personal account used to log into https://www.poste.it

AADSTS50020 error for Microsoft login

AADSTS50020: User account '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'microsoft services' and cannot access the application '29d9ed98-a469-4536-ade2-f981bc1d605e'(Microsoft authentication broker) in that tenant. the account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

I only use a local microsoft account & do not know how to create/access an administrator account. This error pops up frequently asking for a microsoft login.

 

whiteboard.microsoft.com gives error AADSTS50020: User account *** from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist.

When trying to log into whiteboard.microsoft.com I get the following error:

Sorry, but we’re having trouble with signing you in.

I can successfully log into Whiteboard from Windows using my Surface Book 2, so why can't I log into the website?

Right now, my options are:

• Start using Google Jamboard instead of Microsoft Whiteboard.
• Try to cover my needs with OneNote (but the single level of pressure, not being being able to correct paths, and the inability to copy-paste compositions feel like a step backwards...)

Hope you can help me finding a solution.

 

Printer setup error - AADSTS50020

Hello, I am having problems printing. My printer suddenly stopped working, so I decided to reinstall it, and it finds the printer, but asks me to sign in to my MSFT account and comes up with the following message: AADSTS50020 "User Account xxxxx does not
exist.

I have no idea what is going on here. Everything else is working just fine. This is my personal account.
