Windows 10: Error 2503 and 2502

I get this error 2502, 2503 whenever I try installing any apple software for windows. Outlook told me I need a quicktime plugin to view multimedia messages from email. When I try to install it I get the error. When I tried installing a different plugin from apple once I was there I saw something else useful, nothing to do with quicktime I also got the error. Other software doesn't give me the error. I tried all the solutions posted up until now, and none of them worked for me. The only thing that worked was the administrator command prompt command, but that only worked for a .msi fil type.

Installation internal errors 2503 and 2502

On Windows XP Pro SP2, when I try to install *anything* I get internal error 2503, click ok to acknowledge, immediately get internal error 2502, click ok, and machine aborts the installation.

I can't find anybody who knows how to fix this problem.

HELP with errors 2503 and 2502 in Windows 10

Im getting errors 2503 and 2502 whenever I try to install or uninstall something. I have Windows 10 and I've tried nearly all the solutions available online. Please give me suggestions :s
