Windows 10: ERROR 1935; Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package 8.0.50727.762

I am trying to download the 2005 Microsoft Visual Redistributable 8.0.50727.762 on Windows 10 and then I get this error:I have been looking at many forums and none of them have worked yet.My OS is windows 10 by the way.

Error 1935 Microsoft C++ Visual 2005 Redistributable


Hey guys, I'm kind of desperate for help. A lot of the programs I want to run require the Microsoft C++ Visual 2005 Redistributable, but I keep running into error 1935. I've tried running a clean boot, editing the RegistrySizeLimit, and running the installation in compatibility mode for Windows XP. I don't know what else to do and neither does Microsoft support.

Hello,
I've trying in many ways to solve this error and after 1 day I haven't managed yet to avoid it. I want to install MATLAB2014 in my laptop (windows 10 Pro, x64) and beginning the installation it tries to install the Microsoft Visual redistributable C++ 2005 (I have on my computer 2010 and 2013 versions already installed, do I really need the 2005 one?). If I try to install it manually it happens the same as well as with the 2008 version.
This is what appears over and over again




I've tried many things that I have seen around the Internet.....and nothing. Is there any real solution? I getting really angry with windows 10 by now......
