Windows 10: Error 10016 Causing Crashes For Months - Tried Everything I've Seen

The Problem: Computer will seem fine for days but then crash and turn off or reboot going black screen with the only evidence being error code 10016 in event viewer. Once it crashes once it'll often crash multiple times in that same day before being fine for a while. Error Message: The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54} and APPID {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

Error 10016 - System Crash

Hi,

So for the past couple months I have been experiencing system crashes. No error reports or blue screens other than one that appears in my system log: Screenshot.

I am trying to follow a fix I found online: Fix Error 10016 in Windows Event Viewer

Whenever I get to the step about adding System into the launch permissions of the RuntimeBroker the add button is greyed out: Screenshot

My first question that I have is that is it even possible that this is the error causing my whole system to crash?

My next question would be how do I fix it?

 

Event 10016 Causing Constant Crashes

This issue has plagued me for a few weeks now. I get the error code in Event Viewer every time there is a crash, but the message will show up without the PC crashing. I've seen several threads about this issue already, but they were on 5+ year old versions of Windows, and the last bit of info doesn't work for me.

This is the error that pops up:

{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}

and APPID

{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

to the user DESKTOP-RFJMQCO\schob SID (S-1-5-21-1133668413-3659398763-3223057496-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

I found this thread where the OP had my same issue, but the suggested solution in the replies was unable to be finished. In the answer by Lizette under the original post, steps 1-13 are easy to complete, but step 14 says to "Look for the corresponding service that appears on the error viewer." which service? In the answer, it says Immersive Shell, to change the permissions of that service, but everything is greyed out. Where will I see which service to change permissions to in the component services list?

(I attempted to post screenshots, but they wouldn't embed for some reason. I can try to provide more later.)
