Windows 10: Error 0xc0000098

Hola, recientemente adquiri una notebook Lenovo ideapad con windows 11, funcionaba muy mal ya que segun las especificaciones la misma no estaba preparada para correr dicho S.O por lo que procedi a formaterarla e instalar windows 10, sin embargo ahora la notebook no inicia, si no que se queda en una pantalla negra comprando datos de inicio en un bucle infinito, probe instalar nuevamente el windows 10 e incluso cambie el USB booteable que estaba utilizando, al utilizar la herramienta de diagnostico me indica que el siguiente error:Archivo: \BCDCodigo de error: 0xc0000098¿Que puedo hacer para sol
