    I replaced my computer with a new mainboard and CPU and replaced it with a new Windows 10. Since then, the file on the external hard drive I own has been blocked. The file was locked and accompanied by an error of 0x80071771.

    I tried to unlock through the above method but failed and am hoping for an alternative to this. Please let me know if there is a way to reconnect to my external hard driver data.
