Windows 10: error 0x800703f1

Discus and support error 0x800703f1 in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I cannot update windows. I get error 0x800703f1 I've looked at the answers in the chat and no one has given the correct advice and from what I can see....     I cannot update windows. I get error 0x800703f1 I've looked at the answers in the chat and no one has given the correct advice and from what I can see. It has been years of trying to figure this out. Please don't tell me to run Troubleshooter. It does nothing. I cannot even reinstall windows as I it won't allow me. I get a failure notice. With this problem I cannot even upgrade to Windows 11. Who here can help??? Is there even a microsoft support Number???

    Win Upd err 0x800703f1, Realtek driver install error 0x03F1 and more

    You'll notice that there's an issue for your Nvidia driver (lots of 'Not added' reports) I expect there will be more drivers listed similarly if you care to look. There are instances of very strange characters suggesting corruption, unless you have an explanation:

    Exclude pattern skipped because enumeration root is not present - many many instances. I don't know what your drivers file is, sorry- no extension... how did you create it? Thanks.

    Drivers won't update, errors 0x800703f1 and 0x80070002

    I have about 20 drivers that need updating. Windows version 18363. The updates download but fail to install. All report error 0x80070002 or 0x800703f1.

    I've tried:

    • Clearing the download files and restarting the update service.
    • Running the troubleshooter
    • sfc /scannow
    • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, which seemed to hang after the scan.
    • perfmon /report, which shows that one service is crashing
    • Using the Device Manager to install individual drivers
    • Various other remedies proposed; I googled the error codes and followed up...
    Suggestions?
