Windows 10: error 0x 80070643

HiI have been trying to install Windows 10 last update KB 5006192 since last Friday, but I keep receiving the error message 0x80070643. I have tried everything like scanning my laptop using CMD for malware, turn off my virus protection Avast before uploading the update etc ... with not success and to make the situation worse, my laptop keeps freezing desktop, taskbar and sometimes both. I am lost and don't know what to do next. Any advices will be more than welcome to resolve the situation. Thanks ... I suggest you to start the Windows Installer services.

1. Press Windows Key + R Key.

4. Double click on it and under Startup type, select
Manually.

5. Click onApply and click on Ok.

Method 2:

If the service is started you might need to unregister and reregister the Windows Installer. To do so, follow the steps given below.

  Right-click on the "cmd" program and choose "Run as Administrator"

  In the command prompt window type:
  
  msiexec /unregister and hit "Enter"

Now try installing program and check what happens.
