Windows 10: Epson L220 Printer maintenance tab not showing

I am sadly unable to view the maintenance menu to clean my printer. I have tried accessing this maintenance feature through many ways but failed to do so.

Epson L220 Scanner problem

Hi Amarjet_Paul,

I have my Laptop lenovo corei5 with windows 10, and EPSON L220, i already install the printer/scanner with that CD installation, do the printer setup and sample print out succesfull. Now i want to try to scan some picture or documents it says "Cannot communicate
with the scanner. make sure you connected......", so check the cable and make sure it is properly plug in, but when i click the Epson Scan or Epson Event Manager, it says the same error message.. do i need to uninstall the printer and reinstall? please help.
