Windows 10: Epicgames bad image. HELP!!!!

epic games launcher.exe - bad imageC;/windows/system32/input 1_3dll is ether not designed to run on windows or it contains an error try installing the program again using the original installaiton media or contact your system helper or whatever.HELPPPthats what i get when i try using epic games. i was downloading it on my new pc and then clicked no to a acces. now when i say yes and reinstall it, it says the same thing. please help.

I'm Independent Advisor and I'm happy to assist you.

I understand how difficult it is, when the device or app won't work in the way it should. Bad Image error occurs if there's an interruption to the system process or a corrupted file that affect the system. For the initial remedy of the issue, I would suggest
to perform SFC tools. SFC command is to restore corrupted files. Follow these steps.

- Click on "Search" from the taskbar

- Type cmd (Command Prompt)

- Right click on Command Prompt from the search results list.

- Click Run as administrator.

- When Command Prompt launches, type the command: sfc /scannow

Next, perform DISM tools. DISM can be used to service and prepare Windows images. Follow these steps.

- Click on "Search" from the taskbar

- Type cmd (Command Prompt)

- Right click on Command Prompt from the search results list.

- Click Run as administrator.

- When Command Prompt launches, type the command below. Enter each of the command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Next, perform CHKDSK. CHKDSK command is a tools in windows designed to check and fix logical errors, instead of physical errors.

- Click on "Search" from the taskbar.

- Type cmd (Command Prompt)

- Right click on Command Prompt from the search results list.

- Click Run as administrator.

- When Command Prompt launches, type the command: chkdsk C: /f /r /x.

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
