Windows 10: Epic isn't helping me get my Epic Account back for xbox?

So Epic is giving me nonsense trying to say I have anomalies and discrepancies on my Epic account which makes no sense I have not been on in so long and I don't know how that happens anyway but I gave them my Xbox username and my Epic account ID with no success I connected my Xbox to a new epic account is my downfall because none of my purchases are on the new one so how can I get my Xbox epic account back

Hi, so a few years ago i made a fortnite account on my xbox and i remember the email and password to it but when i try sign in on pc it says that the epic email is wrong. I know that it has an epic account but i dont remember using another email for it. How am i supposed to find the email i used?

Linking my xbox account with my epic games but didn t received the bundle

I had redeemed a fortnite bundle code for xbox so I redeemed on microsoft and then linked my xbox account with my epic games account because I play normaly on PC .But when I went in to the game on PC I haven t got my bundle.Please help me with my problem.

That means that your xbox account is probably already linked to an existing Epic account.

Epic support are really the only ones that can help these type of cases. Unfortunately no unlinking process of any kind can be made form the Xbox side

All you can do from Xbox is to revoke access to Epic but the accounts will technically

still be linked

I advice you to contact Epic support
