Windows 10: Enter types wrong symbols, shift not responding

Hello! I recently reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop using settings > update and security > recovery with saving my files. I did that because several times my laptop started in BIOS, and no keys were responding, I rebooted my laptop several times, and when it finally booted, it couldn’t see any networks, so I recovered it After this, my laptop booted normally, but left shift key stopped responding at all, and enter types “/“ in cyrillic and English USA layout, and # in UK English layout. It happens in all apps browser, notepad. I already reinstalled language packs, but it didn’t

Keyboard types the wrong symbol when pressing Shift key.

Why is it when I use the shift key, does the wrong symbol come up, for example £ is supposed to be a hash symbol.

 

Any suggestion how to remap keyboard [Enter] > [Shift-Enter]?

I've used SharpKeys successfully to remap keys. - I remapped Delete key to the Insert key when the former was defective - On another computer, I remapped t to ` [again because a key was not working correctly] You would remap Shift-Enter to Enter

You can select keys from the list or, as illustrated here, you can select Type key and press the key / key combination you want. But you do realise that you'll lose the ability to press Enter? - You don't say why you want to do this so I can only guess that the 'normal' Enter function would sometimes be needed. - You could also remap Enter to Shift-Enter so you would still have the function available for use. Keyboard types the wrong symbols every so often, not always but sometimes.... takes a lot of time trying to work out the correct key for the symbol I need
