Windows 10: english us keeps appearing back on my pc even after uninstalling it

title basically explains it, i've removed english us from my pc entirely, there is no trace of it, yet somehow it keeps on appearing on the win + space shortcut and it is insanely annoyingany fixes for this issue? i've searched literally everywhere and no solution worksi would post images but this site doesn't seem to want me to upload files, just another very functional feature from microsoft

1. Type command prompt in the search bar on the
   Taskbar.
   
2. Right click on the command prompt icon and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Now, paste the following command and hit Enter:
   lpksetup /u en-US.
   
4. Restart the computer.

English US keeps appearing as an input language occasionally.

From the issue description, it looks like you have English Input downloaded and installed in the system. I suggest you to follow the steps below to remove the English input language and check if it helps.

1. Press Windows key + R.

2. Type control and press enter to open the control panel.

3. Type language in the control panel search box and open it.
