Windows 10: Email signature logo duplication

I'm using Mail Version 16005.13426.20920.0 on Windows 10. The logo in my email signature duplicates when I send an email. How do I stop this?

Hi Lauren,

Are you using the Mail App or a web based email service or a mail client?

If you are using Web based then :

• Click on the Gear icon
• Click Options
• Under Writing mails, choose Format font and signature.
• Set your signature.

• Are you referring to Microsoft Outlook or Outlook.com?

I would like to inform you that if you are using the Windows 10 mail app only a text signature can be used as email signature. There is no way to add image or logos to a custom signature.

I suggest you to gives us a feedback using the feedback app.

can i use custom email signature?

Thank you for your response.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Mail App
• Make sure you select the email account that you want to assign a signature to.

• Click the Gear icon in the bottom left corner.

• In Settings select Options.

• Scroll down to Signature section and make sure Signature is turned
  ON.

• Type in your Signature in the text box.
• Repeat the process for each email account.
