    Hello, I am having an issue in my HP laptop. I have touchpad with elan drivers after a recent windows 11 update my touchpad got stop working and i having tried everything it's not working but i found a solution that1 Delete Elan Drivers to Microsoft PS2 Drivers2 Restart3 Delete Microsoft PS2 Drivers4 Restart and Enter into startup repair5 Do startup repair and restartAfter that the touchpad start working but microsoft PS2 drivers but after a while it got again updated to Elan Touchpad drivers due to Windows updates services. I have stopped Windows update services but after disabling it ag

    Elan Touchpad Driver 15.8.4.3_X64_WHQL update on Windows 10 disappeared.

    my asus laptop informed me to wait until my Elan Touchpad Driver finished updating, when it was done it then told me to restart then there was nothing. Previous to my update of Windows 10 (8.1) I had preinstalled Asus smart gesture bundled software that
    controlled my touchpad. After Windows 10 installed I had Elan touchpad installed and it was working fine in fact I really liked using it now I have only basic control of the touchpad and the driver although says its in programs add and remove has no size reading
    suggesting its not installed. I followed the link to the Elan site and it says that Elan is not compatible with Windows 10, now my asus controls don't work I'm left without any controls for my touchpad, is there anything I can do or any other touchpad software
    I can install that will work with Windows 10 ? help I want my touchpad back and with the Elan controls

    Problems with ELAN Touchpad


    Hello,

    I'm using a MSI GP60 Leopard Laptop and have recently upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.
    My touchpad in Windows 8.1 worked fine but when I upgraded it seemed to stop working. I went to the mouse settings
    and the Elan tab and enabled it back and everything worked again. But then the next day it seemed to have stopped working again. Yet, this time I went to the Elan tab and nothing was there.

    Touchpad driver issue after Windows 10 Upgrade.

    Original title : Touchpad Driver.

    My Touchpad has stopped working after installing windows10. The touchpad driver is not listed under device manager but I have installed the ELAN touchpad for windows 10 that I downloaded from my device Manufacturer's website. I am using a Packard Bell EasyNote
    EN TG71MB. Even under Programs and Features the ELAN Touchpad driver is not listed. Any suggestion please???
