Windows 10: Efficiency Mode has made my system laggy and sluggish

Discus and support Efficiency Mode has made my system laggy and sluggish in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; As of Now Each and Every Browser I use goes into efficiency mode which causes it to be sluggish, Even Microsoft Edge has became so sluggish due to this...     Efficiency Mode has made my system laggy and sluggish


    As of Now Each and Every Browser I use goes into efficiency mode which causes it to be sluggish, Even Microsoft Edge has became so sluggish due to this Efficiency Mode that webpages which opens instantly now takes a long time to load. It even states with alert window that This page is not responding!

    How to disable efficiency mode in task manager? Windows efficiency mode is making apps like Google Chrome unusable.

    Can confirm that efficiency mode bug happens on Edge too, not just Chrome in my case.... although I only feel the lagginess when using resource-intensive websites

    Only Brave Browser doesn't get cursed with Efficiency Mode bug... I wonder why. Please fix this bug Microsoft!

    Looks like you are using Standard drivers for NVM, I use Samsung for my NVMe

    and your IDE ATA/ATAPI. Mine uses chipset

    Thanks for the response.

    I tried what you suggested and disabled both settings, relaunched, and turned off efficiency mode for each sub-process it was active for.

    Within 2 minutes, efficiency mode was re-activated, so your solution didn't seem to work.

    I am on a desktop so I don't think the battery one would have any effect.
