Windows 10: Easy Anti Cheat error code 30005 StartService failed with 1275

Unable to start Division 2 with Easy Anti Cheat errors. I have tried everything I could find on the net.

I actually fixed it by disabling the Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection in the Core Isolation menu, However I'm not sure how safe it is when it's disabled.

Just to clarify I re-installed the entire game in attempt to fix that issue which has been resulting in a fail attempt.

Do you think that even after re-installing the issue can be fixed by your suggestion? because if so I will enable it and try it.

 

Do I really have to turn off Kernel Mode Hardware Enforced Stack Protection to play a game?

I use my computer exclusively for gaming, I have multiple games that use Easy Anti Cheat and I have zero issues at all however, there are other games that will not open and I get a launch error message saying: Error Code:30005 (StartService EasyAntiCheat_EOSSys failed with 1275.) Then a windows message saying I can turn off Kernel Mode Hardware Enforced Stack Protection for this application to work (but is not recommended) Is this really my only option? I am very hesitant to downgrade the security of my pc in order to play a video game but it is quite frustrating to spend money on a game that I can't even play. Any advice for me or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

I have the same issue with Friday the 13th and Deceit. Anything that is using Anti Cheat is being deemed as a threat to Windows 11.
