The issue only occurs during a video call. I have checked all of the drivers and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. I have not been able to find many resources to assist in troubleshooting the issue. I am able to correct the issue by turning off the camera in the video call session, then enable it again, then it is resolved. It has occurred in the simplepractice web based interface. This is the only web call program I use at this time. There is no error, it simply goes black with no image being sent. The issue occurs at random times.
