I tried almost every single suggestion from multiple different forums and nothing works and I don't want to factory reset my PC just because of this issue. Please any help is helpful. I even tried connecting the controller to other devices including my laptop and android phone and it works. My bluetooth is also not the issue as I can connect my airpods and phone to it. I am completely lost.

• What is the make and model number of your PC?
  
• What is the model number of your PS4 controller?
  
• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed on the PC? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• Have you tried connecting via Bluetooth?
  
• From where did you install FIFA 2022?
  

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to reinstall DS4 program and check if the issue persists:

• Version 21H1 (OS build 19043, 1288)
  
• Yes, I have a Bluetooth adapter. The controller connects but Ds4 doesn't detect it.

Can't link PS4 bluetooth controller

I found pairing a PS4 controller hit & miss & I have a laptop with Bluetooth.
I had to use a cable to connect then once done put the DS4 in pairing mode & then Bluetooth saw it (while connected via cable).
I also use DS for Windows.
